Attends site-coordination meetings with other trade contractors on phases of work related to elevator requirements prior to installation
Conducts studies and reviews contracts assigned to his subordinates and monitors the coordination with Sales Department for other terms and conditions
Checks reports submitted by his subordinates
Monitors the loading and proper storage of imported equipment at the job site
Coordinates with clients for proper work schedules and monitors the material requisitions, delivery schedules, manpower, and equipment complement prepared by his subordinates
Monitors the projects of his subordinates
Checks and monitors the government permits before and after installation
Ensures that job sites are well-inspected prior to installation
Performs other pre-installation-related tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
Graduate of BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed
Must have at least 3 years in Elevator/Escalator pre-installation
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization
Capable of negotiating effectively with other prospective clients and subcontractors
Capable of teaching and training people
