Responsibilities
• Communicates suitable options for resolution in a well-timed method.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Answer professional inquiries, as well as ask people to obtain a full understanding of what information are being needed.
• Ability to exercise good judgment to handle calls appropriately.
• Resolves telephone messages and delivers information and facts/recommendations to users.
Qualifications
· Must be 18 years old and above.
· Must be residing along Metro Manila NCR, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Bulacan
· Must have at least 6 months BPO international Voice
· Must have at least 6 months of tech experience or graduate/undergraduate of tech-related courses
· Excellent communication skills
· Must have at least 30mbps internet wired connection
· Amenable to working at home with personal equipment
· Willing to start immediately.
