Qualifications:
· Answer calls and texts of clients or reply to Facebook and Instagram messages for order queries or booking of appointments.
· Fill up the daily worksheet and ensure that details are complete.
· Analyze the worksheet and bookings to be able to entertain the most number of clients as much as possible.
· Able to encourage or convince clients to avail of more services or add-ons.
· Answer complaints of customers properly and be able to think of solutions.
· Maintain an inventory of supplies/stocks.
· Attend to customers and perform duties and responsibilities with honesty, integrity, and professionalism
· Maintain an inventory of items
· Reply to clients’ messages through Facebook.
· Ensure prompt delivery and items are well-packed
