Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in resolving inquiries related to collections and sales accounts.
Provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive rapport.
Needed Qualifications:
Completed at least 2nd year in College.
AT least one year of BPO experience with a financial background
of at least six months in Collections/Sales.
