• Manages computer/online regulations for the main objective of responding to client requests.

• Communicates with the client on the phone or by means of written correspondence to resolve issues.

• Finding out the customers’ preferences through effective listening and questioning skills

• Dealing Involved with all calls politely, courteously, professionally & assertively 

• Complementing customers’ necessities with Clients’ products and services
