Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture customer relationships at the enterprise level. Ensure their success and satisfaction.

• You lead meetings. You also have regular reviews with customers. These are to assess their needs and address any concerns.

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and retention.

Needed Qualifications

• You need at least two years of enterprise-level experience. It should be in customer success, consulting, or account management. It must be verifiable for a SaaS company.

• I have experience leading meetings and regular cadences. These include quarterly and annual customer success reviews with customers.

• Background in Sales and Managing customers.
