Inside Sales Representative Machine and Tool sales

Customers: Existing 95% New 5％ (manufacturing companies)
1. Response to inquiries.
2. Enter data on the purchase order in the system.                        
3. Coordinate with Planning Department/Transport Department regarding the scheduling process and delivery of the products.                    
4. Creating and sending invoices and delivery notes.    
5. Reconcile prices.        

QUALIFICATIONS:
Sales Experience of at least 2 years                
Has own Car and can use in work                
Active and Cheerful                
Experience in a Japanese trading company is preferred    

1st: Face to Face (will do sales pitch/presentation)                                        
2nd: If needed
