Your Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide top-notch help, ensuring customer satisfaction with our Premium Telco Voice services.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.

Needed Qualifications:

High School Graduate: At least a solid two years of CCE.
K12 Graduate/2nd yr college completed and up
At least a solid six months of CCE.
