Financial Local in Pampanga - Clark - Day Shift

Qualifications:

• At least 3 months of call center experience (local or international, voice)
• Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education (undergraduate, associate, or diploma programs)
• Must be able to communicate effectively in Tagalog

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service for credit card inquiries and concerns
• Address requests for annual membership fee waivers, billing and charges, card delivery, and other credit card-related issues
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner using Taglish or Filipino
