Digital Marketing Officer

Job Description

• Achieve sales targets with a good level of responsibility and positive attitude
• Manage a team of staff to promote and carry out the company’s services
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Attract new and retain existing customers
• To provide professional beauty advice on treatments and products
• Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints
• In charge of the outlet’s stock inventory
• Administer and plan staff rosters, operations reporting and other paperwork promptly and accurately

Qualification:

Must be Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing related course

Atleast 2 years of marketing experience (trade marketing, operational marketing) and Atleast with 2yrs experience in Retail/Customer services in beauty industry

Knowledgeable in adobe photoshop and other editing softwares is preferred

Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
