Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, providing email-based support to clients and answering any social media-based inquiries from Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
Assists and respond to customers with inquiries, answer basic questions, and suggests various options that are available.
Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution.
Document customer problems and inputs in the system.
