Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Must have a daily own sales, handle walk-in sales, build/create your own sales database, invite clients either virtual/office or do telemarketing as well as assists new clients, new patients with concerns and inquiries.
  • Answer incoming customer calls regarding product inquiries, general inquiries, quality assurance, deliveries, and other service questions.
  • Update customer information in the customer service database where there is attendance availability.
  • Process Point of Sale (POS) Function and or cashiering for all transactions related to customer purchases.
  • Extend customer services and support to both internal and external customers Resolve customer concerns and complaints and recommend end-to-end sales solutions.
  • Manage and update our product inventory regularly.
  • Endorse Daily Sales to Accounting dept.
  • Check members’ accounts that are due for expiration and or birthday perks.
  • Inform clients and members of upcoming sales and promotions through available means of communication.
  • Responsible for general office maintenance (incl. copier, lighting, air-con, fire extinguisher, office supplies, etc.).
  • Promote all products on social networking sites such as (Facebook, IG, Twitter, and other platforms) and Attend meetings, company events, and activities.
  • Support the sales department with other administrative tasks if requested. Secondary Responsibilities.

Qualifications for CS/Sales Support:

  • 1 year of customer service or sales experience is preferred.
  • Matured with wide experiences in Sales
  • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Customer orientation Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
  • Familiarity in DIRECT SELLING/ DISTRIBUTION is also a plus.
