Company Background : Call Centre 

Position : Customer Service Executive 

Salary Range : up to RM3,000 | 5.5 DAYS

Working area : Ara Damansara , Petaling Jaya


Job Description

  • Verifying educational, employment, credit, and criminal background of candidates in a dedicated countries for our clients.
  • Making telephone calls, writing emails, using systems to conduct database checks to verify details and prepare reports.
  • Handling all inbound/outbound calls/email/live chat pertaining to background verification general inquiries.
  • Inbound and outbound calls, emails, reference check, and backend activities

 

Requirement :

  • * At least SPM Qualification (with certificate) or any equivalent or highest qualification.
  • * Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply , no experience needed , Full training provided.
  • * Willing to work on rotational shift & weekend & Public Holiday
  • * Excellent Mandarin , Cantonese & English communication skills.
