Position: Call Center Officer

Office Location:  Nearby Batu Tiga, Shah Alam

Working Day/ Hour: Shift basis (5 days/ 9 hours between Mondays to Sundays, 7am - 3am)

Job Scopes:

• To handle inbound calls and provide information and solutions to resolve customers' enquiries and complaints.,
• To perform shift hour based on schedule arranged by Team Leader

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM with some customer service experience
• Fresh Diploma/ Degree are welcome. Training provided
• Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess own transport and able to work flexible shift.
