At least High School Diploma

Job Responsibilities:

Answer customer concerns and inquiries over the phone. 

Provides excellent customer service by attending to customers from processing forms, orders and applications requested. 

Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.

Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.

Other duties as assigned.
