Call Center Agent - With or without BPO experience

We are looking for candidates with (Customer Service Representative) working experience for our (Electronic Account)

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their electronic accounts
• Verify the identity of the customer and access their account information
• Provide accurate and timely information about the customer's account balance, transaction history, and any other relevant details
• Assist customers with account maintenance tasks such as updating personal information, changing passwords, or setting up automatic payments
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to their electronic account, escalating to higher authorities if necessary
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of their electronic account, and suggest ways to optimize their usage and avoid fees

Job Requirements :

• No BPO experience required
• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
• Fully Vaccinated

Other Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years of formal CUSTOMER FACING work experience if High School Graduate
• No work experience is required if College Grad
