Job Responsibilities:
● Follow standard operations and procedures.
● Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
● Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
● Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
Average to excellent english communication skills
High School Graduate/Senior Highschol Graduate With at least 6 months of BPO experience
At least 2nd Year College Undergraduate with or without BPO experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
