Baking Instructor

Responsibilities:

·         Job scope: Selling / Introducing Kitchen Aid products (and other brands) through demonstrations and baking/cooking classes

• Conduct lessons professionally and guide customers on the steps for cooking, baking and cake courses.
• Proactively initiate and engage customer on relationship building.
• Ensure lessons are conducted in fun and positive way while emphasizing the use of our products and it’s benefits to initiate customers interest during the lessons.
• Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned after lessons.
• Be punctual and well prepared with required ingredients and tools before the lesson begins.
• Provide consultation to customers interested in our lessons and product purchase to acquire a new hobby and pursue new healthy lifestyle.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, customer service, answer phone enquiries etc.

Requirements:

• Applicants with sales or culinary background will be an added advantage. *FRESH GRADUATES* are welcome to apply.

·         Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language.  Mandarin will be an added advantage.

·         Pleasant personality and positive attitude. Proactive in carrying out assignments.

·         Must be Sales driven and ability to converse confidently.

·         Schedule Working hours ranging from: 11am – 7pm / 12pm – 8pm /  1pm – 9pm /10am – 10pm.

·         Salary for part-time: RM100 per day

·         Salary for full time: From Rm1800 (up to 2100/-) + Rm100 Allowance per month depends on experience.

·         (Commission per unit between Rm20 – 100 depends on products)
