Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Act as main contact for clients and employees. The administrator ensures smooth running of our company and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of up to 300 clients and new leads per month
  • Handling enquiries, emails, calls, messages, etc. Touching bases with students and help them with venue scheduling and timing
  • Handling payments for existing and potential clients
  • Assist in preparation of regularly schedule reports
  • Provide general support to existing and potential clients
  • Create and update records and databases
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleague whenever necessary

Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage conflicting work demands
  • Demonstrate attention to details
  • Must be very hands on with a highly positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Good time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
