Your Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile. Ensure client satisfaction is always the top priority.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Needed Qualifications:
If you have a CEFR rating of C1 and above
At least 2 years of work experience in a formal setting, and
Additionally, your computer and noise-canceling headset should meet specific technical requirements. You should also have a 50 Mbps fiber connection. BPO applicants from the T-Mobile account.
