Raw Material Executive

Job Descriptions:

• Manage planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Plan and execute production and delivery.
• Create and release production orders and ensure on-time closing of production orders.
• Work closely with cross departments to updated demand forecast.
• Prepare weekly operation report on the performance of production and highlight issues.
• Review and control the production progress, follow-up with relevant departments to eliminate delays by expediting material shipments.
• Monitors and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensure material availability to support production plan.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in related field
• At least 5 years working experience
• Proactive, comfortable with fast pace working environment and multi-tasking.
• Strong people skills with pleasant personality.
• Good in computer skills
• Willing to work at Kapar , Klang
