QC Technician

Job Responsibility:

• Perform inspections across all stages of of production
• Prepare and maintain test data for review
• Making sure that measuring and testing equipment are set up and working correctly
• Collecting information and writing reports on your findings
• Keeping accurate results of checks and tests carried out
• Identifying inconsistencies and faults and finding the cause
• setting up and managing quality control systems.
• Able to operate QC tools such as CMM, Height Gauge, Calipers, Micrometer, Pin Gauge and common measuring equipment
• Understand drawing and GD&T interpretation

Requirement

• Minimum of 2-5 years of inspection and/or production experience. 
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
