Production Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Supervising production process and ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
• Liaise with other department to establish and maintain control plan for every product to ensure customer's requirements and regulations are met.
• Carry out PFMEA, process documentation and implement improvement.
• Analyze production results and report to management.
• Respond to production issues and downtime through Genchi Genbustu and problem-solving methodology.
• Verify work Instruction (WI) effectiveness.
• Oversee effective of 4M management on the shopfloor.
• To plan and manage workforce effectiveness and efficiency on the Production Line.
• Liaise with New Model Development team for production development items e.g, tooling development and installation, training plan, production trial etc.
• Any other reasonable duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in related engineering field.
• 3 - 5 years working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge in TPS / lean manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in PFMEA, Control Plan and Process Design
• Knowledge in statistical Process Control
• Willing to work at Bukit Raja,Klang
