Description:

Job Scope & Responsibilities

  • To plan, design, maintain, and improve existing production process.
  • To track progress of allocated test designs and test cases to ensure testing deadlines are met.
  • To assist in seeking technical feedback from relevant process units on any issues being raised and develop strategies to resolve or mitigate them.
  • To provide mentoring and guidance to the team and related production PIC to contribute to the testing process.
  • To control manufacturing process and monitor relevant quality performance by reviewing quality data with related PIC regularly.
  • To coordinate activities of quality improvement for process stability and product quality by executing process audit and meeting.
  • To work with related team to tackle quality issue in production process, to implement containment action, to identify root cause, and to follow up with   corrective actions by responding to related person/department.
  • To collect process data and conduct analysis based on the compiled data for weekly update and summary.
  • To analyze and diagnose critical process quality problems to determine the root cause(s) of poor process quality and failure, and to recommend following improvement plans.
  • To provide technical assistance to production team when it is necessary.
  • To work with related department for instrumental commissioning of new production process.
  • To periodically review the corrective and preventive action being implemented to assure its adequacy and effectiveness.
  • To develop audit plans and coordinate with auditors to perform audit and follow-up on closure of findings found.
  • To perform periodic verification and validation on the implemented corrective action to ensure it is still relevant and effective.
  • To develop/revise records of production process, standard operation procedures, and work instructions to ensure documentation is compliant to ISO standard.
  • To execute any ad-hoc project or tasks as assigned by direct superior.
