Outlet Manager
Job Responsibilities :
Generally responsible in outlets in terms of profitability which includes but not limited to expenses control, productivity & efficiency.
Possess a good problems solving/ analytics skills.
Maintain a good attendance record, always punctual and uphold high level of discipline in order to set a good example to everyone.
Able to cultivate good working habit among all employee, e.g teamwork, motivate employee towards achieving targets and etc.
Innovative and pro-active in generating revenue for the entire chain.
Build a strong and cohesive working relationships with various department within and outside the company in order to achieve goals.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any related field
At least 5 years working experience
Good problem solving, planning, organization and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Willing to work at Jalan Tun Razak ( Kuala Lumpur).
