Junior HR Assistant

Job Descriptions :

• To assist HR Manager in developing and maintaining job descriptions, expectation and other employee details.
• To provide orientation for new and transferred employees to assist them in adapting to the work environment and understanding the company guidelines.
• To prepare and monitor documentation for the employee's internal training.
• To maintain office equipment and Stationery.
• To carry out any other job assignment by the HR Manager when required.

Job Requirements :

• Min degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration or relevant fields.
• At least 2 years working experience
• Freshie encouraged to apply.
• Good in communication skill
• Willing to work at Kapar, Selangor
• Full-Time position available
