Description:
Defines section mid-term plan and budget to support company initiatives and goals,
Revises, analyses, and designs framework for people services & development,
Reviews ER/IR implementations of more junior HRBPs to ensure high-quality executions,
Implements & reviews HR process together with CoEs to ensure the likelihood of success of implementation,
Mentors/Coaches other HR’s in handling, responding to, and closing the grievance/complaints within the company.
Graduate of any 4-year course,
At least 5 years of related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR,
Understand Business Acumen and Basics of Design Financials,
With strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws in the Philippines,
Fluency in English and Filipino is required,
Possess unquestionable integrity, empathy, excellent human relations, and problem-solving skills.
