Job Description
'Take the lead in ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR's key performance areas such as but not limited to performance management, training and development, employee-related services and employee relations, employee welfare and benefits, labor compliance, as well as labor relations or Union affairs are well managed and performed accordingly.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant labor laws and regulations
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and reference checks
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and workplace safety
Conduct training and development programs for employees, including orientation and onboarding, diversity and inclusion, and performance management
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee insurance
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction levels and develop strategies to improve retention
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting for HR metrics and compliance purposes
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the company's overall goals and objectives
With at least 5 years of HR experience in a unionized manufacturing company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous and keen on details.
Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
Excellent verbal, and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Has strong background in HR policies and labor practices and laws.
Strong and remarkable work ethics and integrity
Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
Mon-Sat (Sat: 2-3 times per month) 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
