Description:
This position will serve as the primary legal and compliance advisor to the Management of the Company. The role is primarily responsible for providing and coordinating legal and compliance support for corporate, contractual, commercial, litigation, and regulatory matters for the Company’s operations. This position will also work under the guidance and in accordance with the instructions of the Regional Legal and Compliance Division of the Company (Regional HQ) to reflect the Group's global legal and compliance policy.
Commercial and contract lawyer minimum of 5 -10 years
Retail and commercial industry experience a minimum of 5-10 years
Corporate lawyer minimum of 5-10 years
Healthcare industry experience (10 years)
Management Position level experience minimum 5-10 years
Compliance officer minimum of 5-10 years
Healthcare industry experience of 10 years
Handling and litigation related to accounts collection, civil, criminal, and labor cases for 10 years
Management or Director level position experience 10 years
Japanese Global corporate experience
