Mandarin Bilingual Associate

Position: Mandarin Service Desk Associate
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite /Hybrid Setup
Schedule: Shifting schedule
Start Date: ASAP
Salary Package: Up to 110,000 PHP

Qualifications:

• Non-Native / Native with PRV (13a Philippine Visa)
• Fluent in Mandarin and good communication skills in Mandarin.
• Must have at least 3 to 10 years' experience in BPO or experience in a Help Desk, Call Center, and Technical Support environment.
• Have knowledge in Service Now or Jira Helpdesk is preferred or similar ticketing system desired.
• Experience in remote assistance tools such as Webex/PC Assist/Teams or similar tool which is used in most Help Desks to take control of customers PC’s.
• Should have an understanding of ITIL processes, escalation management, SLA management, 3rd party coordination.
• Experience in home networks and Wi-Fi in an effort to troubleshoot such issues.
