Description:
Specific Duties:
1. Shall be responsible for installing the hardware and software system.
2. Shall maintain/repair equipment such as servers, desktop computers, printers, etc., and provide regular maintenance
3. Shall be able to troubleshoot a variety of computer issues either Windows/Mac
4. Shall set up computer security measures
5. Shall set up the computer Local Area Network / Wireless Area Network connection and ensure that all network data activity is running smoothly
6. Shall be responsible for setting up and monitoring all official office/business email addresses and monitoring the activity
7. Shall be responsible for the programming of different reports from various departments
8. Shall monitor the CCTV system of AHO and Santa Barbara
9. Shall monitor incoming/outgoing purchase order/remittance advice of all key accounts
