- To plan, manage and perform recruitment and talent acquisition strategies and activities.
- To develop and implement company's Human Resource and employees welfare policies.
- To strengthen and promote Silkron's corporate culture and maintain conducive working environment.
- To manage and coordinate employee relationship strategies, teambuilding, company activities and events.
- To plan and manage internal and external trainings and human resource development programs as well as performance appraisal system
- To manage and implement employee health and safety initiatives.
- To plan and conduct Corporate Social Responsibilities programs.
- To handle authorities and regulatory matters with regards to human resource, employment and training.
- To perform the office administrative and general tasks as well as support and assistance in the office.
Pre-requisites:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal collaboration and coordination skills
- Effective communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin in verbal and written
- Able to work independently with positive thinking and result-orientated
- Practical experience in human resource or recruitment is preferable
- Event management and coordination skill or experience is an advantage
- People relationship and motivation management skills are preferable
- Good understanding and interests in corporate culture building are highly preferable
- Independent, organized, systematic, passionate and enthusiastic personality is preferable.
- Fresh graduates and 1~2 years experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: RM2,200 ~ RM3,000
