Description:

About the role

As a Systems Administrator, you will work closely with the user base to facilitate system use and adoption, identify opportunities to expand the use of the HCM and Financial systems (Workday) through adding new features, automate specific processes, integrate with other systems and evaluate related practices and recommend quality and process improvements.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Being as single point of contact for configuration to ensure that system wide impacts are understood by various stakeholders
  • Serving as a single point of contact for Security Administration
  • Providing project management support for system maintenance, upgrades and implementations

·        Writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of Custom Reports within Workday.

  • Perform analysis into root cause of problems and resolve as appropriate
  • Own the relationship and be the conduit between the Verbrec Group and any external consultants used for Workday support
  • Maintaining project dashboards, which are a collection of various Standard Reports and Tasks and Custom reports, such that they are continuously improved to support better visibility for the business
  • Assisting the People and Culture and Finance Team with Workday functionality as required to support these Functional Areas in getting the most out of Workday
  • Testing and modifying various integrations including payroll and banking integrations as necessary from time to time
  • Managing and responding to various user issues (tickets) raised for help, and triage these into various priorities which either can be resolved internally (by you) or raised with a maintenance partner for action

About you

To be considered for the role you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Significant experience with ERP HCM, Financials and Projects system administration, configuration, permissions/access controls and front-end application use.
  • Demonstrated experience of ERP HCM, Financials and Projects report building.
  • Experience developing and managing key process documentation, including procedures, user-guides and training material.
  • Experience working in Human Resources and/or Payroll environments is desirable.
  • Workday training or certification is extremely advantageous, but not mandatory. A demonstrated aptitude with systems administration and an ability to quickly grasp a new system is essential.
  • A professional communication style which is customer-service focussed with a confident and positive attitude.
