Sourcing Specialist - BAGUIO CITY AREA ONLY

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to support our team, help place qualified candidates faster and build a strong and eligible candidate pipeline using mainly LinkedIn Recruiter.

What you'll be doing

• Use social media networks particularly LinkedIn recruiter to look for potential candidates

• Input qualified candidates to Clickup

• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates

• Collaborate with the hiring manager and the whole team to identify each position’s requirements

• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals

• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases

• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires

• Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like number of sourced candidates and goal prospect for the day.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role

• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software

• Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases

• Familiarity with LinkedIn’s Recruiter Lite

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously

• Strong and keen attention to detail
