Description:

  • Responsible for supporting the full life-cycle recruitment process, performance management and training and development of the accounts assigned to him/ her.

    Skills: 
  • Strong interpersonal skills including strong verbal and effective written communication skills. 
  • Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use a variety of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple projects/tasks. 
  • Effective time management skills. 
  • Behavioral based/targeted selection interviewing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong people management skills for internal and external clients.
  • Knowledge/Abilities: 

  • Proven ability to successfully recruit nonexempt associates to maintain retention and meet demands of high volume recruiting needs. 
  • Demonstrated success as a business partner to leadership in a fast paced, customer focused environment. 
  • Ability to develop effective business relationships both internally.
