As Recruitment Assistant Manager, you will lead, inspire, and manage the Recruitment Department consisting of resources, technical recruiters and recruitment specialists. You are responsible for the design and implementation of the optimal recruitment process for various roles and hire against the defined vacancies.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
· Develops and writes the recruitment plan and does all the necessary planning
· Is responsible for recruitment targets, quality of the hired employees and the overall recruitment team performance
· Discuss and validate qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with hiring managers.
· Provide input to, implement, manage and control the implementation of the recruitment strategy.
· Supervise, train, and motivate the recruiting team.
· Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods.
· Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find top-notch candidates.
· Organize and supervise appropriate testing sessions.
· Attend career events and job fairs.
Your skills:
· At least with experience in recruitment agency or recruitment environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino language.
· Has built and managed a full recruitment cycle process.
· Adequate experience with recruitment performance metrics, including post-hire success rates.
