Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Human Resource
• Has good oral and written communication in English
• Knowledgeable of MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills and highly organized
• Willing to do field work
• Must be Female
• Willing to be assigned in MANILA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible on end to end process of recruitment from sourcing to deployment
• Prepares notice of offense and notice of disciplinary action
• Compile and update employee records
• Responsible on employees DTR, timekeeping, employees compensation and benefits
• May perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
