Description:

  • Performs job function consistent with the corporate vision and mission statement and core values of the company; Ensures that subordinates perform their respective functions in like manner.
  • Plan, organize, and control the operations and work activities of the administrative HR Staff.
  • Ensures that all personnel transactions such as transfers, promotions, resignations, and separations are properly documented
  • Assist in the undertaking of HR planning by analyzing and consolidating forecasts done by different departments of manpower requirements in quantitative and qualitative terms.
  • Assists on the investigation process, evaluate the disciplinary action findings, and recommends the corresponding sanctions in accordance with the company's code of discipline
  • Assist the HR Manager on HR issues/matters/concerns
