- Bachelor's Degree in any related field, preferably BS/BA in Psychology, HR Mgt. or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in mandatory benefits process & mgt. (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Background in Employee & Labor Relations and DOLE compliance
- Background in training and performance management
- Proficient in MS Office Software particularly MS Excel
- Must be willing to work in Pasig
- Willing to do fieldwork
- Can start ASAP
