Summary of Key Functions:
Timekeeping and payroll
Human Resource Information system
Recruitment and Selection
Compensation and Benefits and other Gov’t report

Essential Process:
Timekeeping and payroll
Prepare timekeeping report and summary during the payroll period
Check attendance record of employees
Monitor leaves balances and absences of employees, late, undertime, Overtime

Human Resource Information system
Maintain and update HRIS
Update Employee record on HRIS
Generate monthly reports through HRIS

Recruitment and Selection
Assist in Recruitment activities
Update Job description of employees
Safekeep and maintain 201 file record
Prepare Job offers and employment contracts
Conducts company orientation

Compensation and Benefits and other Gov’t report
Employee enrollment, cancelation, deletion of HMO and Life Insurance
Reporting and updating of employee records on SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-Ibig
Prepare the gov’t monthly and annual report

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the English language both verbal and written
Lives around the Bacoor area

1. Shuttle service- no shuttle service but we have a pick-up point at near location >>> pick-up point is here at Jollibee Niog Bacoor Cavite along Aguinaldo Highway.
2. Working schedule- Monday to Friday 7:45-6:00 pm
