We are in need of Digital Marketing Specialist

Basic Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills (prior experience in CX or white glove/concierge-style support
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert-level skillset within social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and experience in TikTok
  • Exposure/experience working one-commerce platforms (Magneto, Shopify) and CX platforms (Zendesk)
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Must be amenable to work on-site and in night shift schedule
  • Willing to start immediately
