Customer Service Representative - Taguig Site

We are looking for candidates with (Customer Service Representative) working experience for our (Publishing Account)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage relationships with clients in the publishing industry, including publishers, authors, agents, and other stakeholders
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with timely and accurate information about their accounts and projects
• Ensure that all client requests and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally, and that any issues or concerns are resolved quickly and effectively
• Manage the financial aspects of client accounts, including billing, invoicing, and collections
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients based on this knowledge
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and help grow the company's publishing accounts.

Qualifications:

• No BPO Experience
• High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate 
• College Graduate 
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
• Fully Vaccinated
