The current manager will be shifting back to her position as Accounting manager. The client is looking for an Assistant Manager of HR and Administration to fulfill the following responsibilities below:
Implementation/management of the following facets of HR, namely:
1. Compensation and Benefits
2. Recruitment and Staffing
3. Training and Development
4. Employee Relations
5. Employee Satisfaction
6. Labor Laws and Legal Compliance
Benefits are as follows upon regularization:
15 VL and 15 SL (5 days convertible to cash)
HMO with P150K MBL for employee and 2 qualified dependents

Telephone Load Allowance (can be availed even during the probationary period)

Must have at least 5 years or more of solid experience in leading HR/Administration in an Assistant Manager capacity
Related courses are acceptable as long as with solid experience as Asst. Manager in HR & Admin; or HRD Management or Psychology course
Experience in the logistics industry is not required
Not a job hopper; analytical and a decision-maker
Solid experience in HR facets, knows the end-to-end process of most HR facets
