Company: MD + Director (will hire employees and expand the business), total employees in Japan are around 200

Report to: Japanese MD

Job Description

Office contract/management

Health and safety environment management

Be a window person to do communication with HR/Accounting consultant

Recruitment activities support

Support to create company handbook

Create documents

Other supporting tasks assigned by expats or Japan HQ

MUST HAVE:

Japanese Language Proficiency (N3 and above)

Working experience in either admin, HR, or accounting field

PREFER TO HAVE (Advantage)

Experience in liaising with agents related to tax/HR/law

Someone who likes to have a challenging environment

Note: Some of the members will assist with the task and the company will use agents such as tax matters so no need to have full experience in an admin role.

Interview Procedure:

1st interview: Hiring Manager

2nd Interview: MD/HQ members + Hiring Manager

1st will be virtual and 2nd/final will be F2F

This position will be related to the new office set-up so he/she has a lot of responsibilities.

Can work at a famous Web-design/development company in Japan.

Can fully use your Japanese Language Proficiency.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
