Job Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.

Key Qualifications:
Candidates with 1 year of BPO experience and a minimum of 2 years in college OR college graduates with no BPO experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
