Description:

Costing Support

  • Review and closure of completed work orders in a timely manner
  • analysis of work order variances, identifying bill of material costs vs. actual costs.
  • Perform cost roll and updating of standard costs to ensure product costs are up-to-date
  • Support month-end close activities related to the costing process, including month-end inventory reconciliation.

Fixed Asset Accounting

  • Maintain a fixed asset register
  • Ensure all capital expenditures are supported with approved documentation.
  • Support month-end close activities related to fixed asset accounting.

III: Bank Trade Facility Support

  • Support the business in the preparation and submission of required documents to the bank for trade services including bank guarantees, bid/performance/warranty bonds.
  • Actively liaise with business on expiring guarantees and bonds for cancellation.
  • Maintain all related records and documentation.

IV. Others

  • Support for internal and external audits
  • Any ad hoc duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

  • A candidate must be a graduate of a BA in Accounting, Finance, or another comparable discipline.
  • flexible to work on Saturdays' schedule
  • Willing to work in Sucat, Paranaque
  • has at least 1 year of experience of handling cost accounting processes.
  • well versed with distributing documents and tracking and retrieving them on a regular basis.
  • Proficient with maintaining the register, all the receipts, submission of documents and the correspondence issues with the clients.
