Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Accounting Supervisor will supervise the general accounting area of the company.

Description:

• Candidate must have strong background in Financial Accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Oversees the system of internal controls over Accounting function to minimize the risk.
• Prepare Financial Statements, Management reports and other ad hoc analysis as necessary
• With experience in handling external FS Audits (government and assurance audit)
• Assist external auditors, legal and bank partners
• Supervise and engage the accounting team

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a degree in BS Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus but not not required
• With at least 5 years related experience preferably in a manufacturing industry
• Strong Cost Accounting background is an advantage
• Well versed in local and national taxes and other statutory/corporate compliance
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgement and make decision based on accurate & timely analysis
• Must have above average communication skills
• Has advance skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint
