Description:
Monitoring bank transactions
Monitoring Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable transactions (Marking as paid in Xero and checking overdue transactions)
Inbound or outbound calls to customers or suppliers related to remittances or overdue billings.
Checking payroll, Recording Billings, and Registering Assets in Xero
Recording adjustments in inventory items
Prepares and process cheque and online payments
Contacts external auditor, Assists Internal & BIR Audit
Posting Manual Journal, Prepares Monthly report (Sales & Profit), Prepares Monthly report (Sales & Profit)
Prepares Monthly cash flow report
Processing of certifications (CETI, VAT Zero Rate & BIR certs)
Maintaining organized financial documents
Other accounting work related to business
Work schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
On-site work; OT paid but not frequently to render
[Regularization] HMO (+ 1 dependent) + 7 SL + 7 VL + salary increase if good performance during probationary period + bonus (based on company standing)
[Upon hire] Shuttle service point to point + Transportation Allowance of P2,000 monthly
