Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional technical support to our E-Commerce clients
Address customer inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with team members to ensure swift issue resolution.
Needed Qualifications:
At least two years of BPO technical support experience
High school graduate or equal
Above-average communication skills
