With atleast 6 months bpo experience and also have a good communication Skills

Problem Solving

• College Undergraduate

Atleast 2 years in college (no bpo experience required)

• College Graduate

Even without bpo experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer Incoming Customer Call
• Stay updated on product knowledge
• Handling a Irrate Customer
• Problem Solving
• Update Customer Service Databases
• Great Communication skills and experience working as a Team
